Yes, within 14 days if it’s unused. Custom prints can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Send us a photo within 7 days, and we’ll print a new one or refund you.

Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Keep it out of the dishwasher.
Keep them out of direct sun and hot cars, because heat can soften them.
